What does mean by ‘iHug Pillow’ ?

Can the iHug PillowTM be washed or cleaned?

Yes. The pillow can be cleaned by hand or surface cover wash.

How does the iHug PillowTM attach to luggage?

If you prefer to carry on your luggage, all you have to do is connect the cord straps on the iHug’s backside. Make sure the cord stoppers almost to the end. How do you ship? When will I receive my order?

Standard Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days after receiving the payment. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via USPS Priority. International orders are shipped via Post Office International services.  For Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day - Super Saver shipments, orders MUST be received by 9:00AM PST for same day processing.  All expedited services deliver in the committed time for the respective service selected and are generally shipped by the next business day.

Why didn’t I receive tracking information?​

Tracking is generally sent out within 24 hours after the order has shipped. If you have any questions about your order status or tracking, please email us at info@moonmorning.com, as this is the fastest way to receive a response.​

What's your return policy? How can I make a return?

Any returns must occur within 14 days of receiving goods. Damaged or defective items will be replaced. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. But you will be credited for the cost of the product(s) once received and confirmed to be in its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us by email at info@moonmorning.com to request a return authorization. Each return is unique and will be handled with care by our customer service team.​
